Hey, So I sold an authentic designer jumper to someone for £100, once received they started a claim saying it was not as described (counterfeit). PayPal decided he should return the item and I should refund him. I agreed and he sent me back a parcel with a pencil, a wrapper, and chewing gum inside. I called PayPal and they told me to appeal the case and complete a form. I completed it and showed pictures of the parcel (which is clearly empty), me opening it and the contents, and they deemed it as non-sufficient evidence. I also showed them the receipt for the jumper... it’s unbelievable... what are my options here? Do I even have any options here?
