As I sit on hold (now 75 minutes and counting) I guess I'm wondering if this is the type of support I can expect on a regular basis. I am trying to configure/integrate the button on my nonprofit website and this has been a bit frustrating. I suspect that no one will be able to help me other than a tech support person, but I thought I'd at least share my experience and ask about the timeliness of support.
