Hi there i received an invoice from Spain today about a train ticket. This is an unauthorized access since first of all i'm not in Spain currently and second i haven't given my account or credit card number to anyone, ever. So i opened a case for this unauthorized access or transaction to get a reply that it was denied, saying that paypal did not find any traces of unauthorized access and will not refund the price for which i did not pay. What should i do next? How should i proceed? This is the first time something like this has happened. Thanks
