Dear Community members, We are a small startup company in India for software development services. Recently we have received one dispute on very small payment of $75 even client has availed our services at a very low price from the market. We have developed his website www.carleasespot.com with backend and fixed his older issues too. It is almost a year where one of my Sr. developer was working under his client's direction. The client asked us to provide services on a very low budget since he has started working with us. As we were working, he never paid money on time and always paid 1/4 of the amount, whenever we have asked to clear the payment he asked more work and digging unnecessary bugs. After fixing all issues he assigned one last task for $350, it took too much time as the client was not available and since March 2019 my developer was working day and night for such a small amount. Out of that client paid only $130 and put the dispute on $75. There are some major points where client shows unprofessional behavior: He asked us to work on his server which we agreed. He has given us broken code to fix the site with full of bugs. He made us work on other developer's work without paying. The client never paid us on time and paid very less amount than the market rate. whenever we asked the client to pay us and break the contract as you are paying us, he disagrees and made excuses for paying us. The buyer didn't have an agreement with us, despite asking them to initiate professionally. We have been providing proofs of chats and doc. to PayPal department but still, I am getting emails to provide more information. We are getting emails which say that dispute will go in favor of the buyer. We don't have issues with $75 but this bogus claim is our concern.
