Ok. I am really frustrated. Every time i contact customer service/support about this they do not tell me what's wrong with the documents I provided (the only say they are inadequate and won't tell me WHY) and they don't give me a way to upload them again. Can someone please help me figure out how to get this resolved because customer support does not seem to understand what I am asking them.
