Hi. For a month I am trying to solve problem regarding the money withdrawal. I am calling and chatting with "support" whole the time, but the problem is still here. I do everything they ask, and the last two messages from them were: "We removed limitations, you can withdraw money now" (I couldn't, and I said that) and then they sent me basic instructions for the money withdrawal!!!!!!!! I mean, is this a joke?? I went through 15 different steps, and their "solution" after the month is to send me the first thing you learn to do on PP... Did anyone was fooled around by the support this way? What did you do at the end? I am thinking of some radical cuts, because it is obvious they don't know what is the problem. Here is my story: I have a business account, tried to cash out to VISA card. Got the message "Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later." Called "support" and tried the basic solutions - clear the cash from browser, try different browser, unlink the card and link it again. The message was the same. They said they will check it out and come back to me. And they did it - "upload files to prove your ID and business details". Did it, got the confirmation - PP removed limits. Tried to withdraw. The message is the same. All these lasted for 3 weeks (responding to my case, verifying details...). My response were immediate, 1 hour maximum. After the the last two messages ("everything is fixed, try now" and "I did it, I still can't withdraw") they sent me basic instructions of withdrawing money. For me, that is indicating they don't care to read previous messages. That means, they have no clue what is going on and how to solve the problem. What should I do?
