Hello PayPal community, I recently was trying to figure out why my PayPal wouldn't let me send payments when I got limited on my account. I own 2 PayPal accounts, one limited because I put an incorrect name (I use it because my debit card is on it) and my main account which is no longer limited as of yesterday. I resolved my limitation on my main account and I still cannot make payments. The limitation on my other account does not restrict payments. Both accounts show this when I make payments. Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service . I haven't changed anything on either PayPal account, so this is very sudden and I would like to know how to fix this. I have contacted PayPal already but the wait times are a bit long right now, so I thought maybe you guys would have a solution. Thank you!
