Hi all At the end of May I ordered a bicycle from Wiggle and paid with PayPal Credit, the following week the delivery arrived with the wrong bike (wrong size, spec, type), entirely wrong. I contacted them immediately to report the error, sent photos etc. The bike was eventually collected on 11th June and Wiggle customer services confirmed they could see it had been collected. I had been told once they have confirmation of collection they would process the refund. Two days past and no refund, I chased it up and they said I would not get a refund until the returns team authorize it. What concerns me is that the customer services staff have been very unhelpful, a few errors have been made, emails not replied to etc. My question is in this situation can I raise a dispute against a big chain like Wiggle?
