Hi forum, I shipped an item to a customer a couple days ago. She wrote me telling me that the item was damaged, with clear damage to the shipping box. Since all my packages say "insured", how do I go about filing a claim? Would I do it here on the PayPal site or on the USPS website? The shipping label was purchased here on PayPal, but I don't see anywhere to click to start this process. All input much appreciated. MsA
