Hello PayPal Community,
I'm still new here. First of all, I live in Tunisia and I know the relationship between Tunisia and PayPal is tense.
My problem is that with my account, I can only "Send" money and not receive it. There is no "Request Payment" anywhere to be seen, I've looked everywhere.
My fiancee (UK based) tried sending me money via PayPal but he couldn't. He kept receiving a message telling that he can't do it and that he should check with me via my website or platform (which by the way I don't have).
Can anyone tell me why or if there is a fix? We intend to use my account mainly for savings and for online transactions.
