I’m thinking of creating a petition for federal trade commission to investigate PayPal. Maybe if we get enough signatures we can get the FTC’s attention. Let me know what you think.
I think it’s fairly obvious PayPal is taking advantage of its customers. There are tons of complaints about unfair practices on a web search. To put it briefly, it seems that PayPal using its security protocol to manipulate us into paying more fees, signing up for PayPal services (e.g. PayPal debit card), and holding funds to increase interest collected on our money in PayPals account.
If you think corporations aren’t capable of this type scam, google “Wells Fargo overdraft settlement” and “Wells Fargo false accounts settlement”. Your worried about hackers scamming you? These corporate guys are scheming constantly, and it’s always at our expense.
We can literally stop this nonsense in a blink of an eye, we’re all connected to one another, at any moment a million of us can come together.

Made a send to family/friends transfer to uncle “Bob”, my debit card was used to make this transfer. Uncle Bob ended up refunding money back to me. Yes, it was a refund not a send transfer from bob. Send: $200 + $6 fee (via debit) __ $206 out Refund: $200 -$6 fee (to PPal Bal) __ $194 in A few questions: 1.) why am I paying a second fee on a refund? 2.) why is the refund going to my PayPal balance, it should go back to my debit card, the source of original payment. 3.) I’m not seeing money back to me, refund shows pending in activity. Despite these . . -$200 refund taken out from uncle bobs bank account (as E-Check.) And Has “posted” to his account. - $200 e-check has been cashed or processed, verified by uncle bobs bank. so, PayPal has the refund, but they have not issued to me.

Made “send” transfer to family/friend via debit card, my preferred method of payment. Receiver
Refunded payment (due to other PayPal issues, PayPal incompitence, etc. . . ).
Now PayPal is not issueing the refund back to my debit card, but are placing to my PayPal balance. I would have no issue with this, except that . . . .
. . . . EVERY SINGLE ATTEMPT . . . . ON ANY TRANSACTION
is denied, and for the fifteenth billionth time I have to verify some info, and call them, and enter code, and “I’m sorry to hear that, and “I understand”, and “security,whatever, each transaction separately”, . . . AND, THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO!!!!
PayPal!!! You are not my bank! You are a third party, e-commerce, middle man. I came to you to facilitate my payments. My money is not for you to hold, F-A-C-I-L-I-T-A-T-E !!!
refund was takin out of receivers bank account, posted today (in their bank account).

PayPal, I hate you like I hate splash back when I’m taking a deuce. Low-life crooks, financial rapists, monetary pedophiles. It’s not about security, not about protecting the consumer . . . It’s about fees, and interest.like Wells Fargo and their “overdrafts” scheme. Every transaction you deny, or hold you place is money from our pockets into yours. Pathetic, small men you are.
