Hi all any advice please? Bought a prom dress on line was payed for usin pp dispatched from China , dress not correct colour (can live with that) but black marks on bodice, hem wonky and zip so tight would barely do up. Really poor quality. Asked PayPal to intervene. Was instructed to return it to seller pp provided address & asked me to input info for proof of posting. Did all this & pp denied & closed escalation. Mailed them had 2 x non specific standard replies & 2x ‘sorry I know this isn’t the desired outcome’ prompt, still don’t know why they refused refund? Any ideas where I can go from here I’m significantly out of pocket & have no dress as it’s been returned. Thanks
