I received an e-mail today addressed to Tom Lee (not my name) from an official PayPal e-mail about its changes in terms of service written in both Chinese (don't speak it) and English. I tried logging into the account using my e-mail address and obviously enough I couldn't get in so I go to recover the password and one of two verification processes requires a code sent to a phone number with an area code that starts with 1, which isn't anywhere near me either.
I never made a PayPal account before today to make this post and I tried calling customer service but it was just a bot giving generic login issue answers.
So my question is how do I deal with this fraudulent account using my e-mail address for PayPal?
