Thank you for the response. UPS confirmed to me that the shipping address on the tracking number did not match my address, but would not provide me with any official documentation to substantiate this. UPS agreed to provide that information directly to PayPal, but when I brought this up with PayPal customer service, they refused to reach out to UPS to get that information. So after hours of back and forth between the customer service departments of Ebay, PayPal, and UPS, they all pretty much said "**bleep** you, we're siding with the seller." I've never in my life received customer service as appallingly horrible as PayPal's - they treat it like some kind of joke and send the same poorly written word for word response time and again no matter how much evidence I provide them with. I've been a loyal PayPal customer since 2002, and after this, I'm shutting down my account permanently - they will never see another dime from me, and I hope others do the same. The "protection" offered is nonexistent, and the customer service department is too incompetent to even do basic reading comprehension in order to solve a simple problem.
