A couple days ago I was buying a digital good from someone else in the united states. After I sent the money, he told me to click confirm that the trade happened so that I would not be able to dispute in case he scammed me. I got suspicious and we ended up canceling the trade and when I asled him to refund the money he refused telling me to report him instead. I told him refunding would be less of a hassle but he said he rather I report him that way I wouldn't get the money back until months later. When i asked why he said he was **bleep** that i wasted his time so he purposely is delaying the refund of my money. He also said that he would wait until the last possible day to reply so that the case would be extended. I tried contacting support but they kept referring me to help pages for disputes which ironically didnt help. Its currently the day after the trade was cancelled and no idea what to do.. Anyone have any ideas?
