Hello, we have a web store and some costumers paid thru PayPal. We haven’t noticed that we should claim the money (as this never happened in the past) so one of the costumers just got the money back - PayPal sent the money back, but we sent the goods to the costumer. Now I have 2 more and it says "ON HOLD", how do I claim this money, so they won’t get it back as well? I put in the tracking info now, is there anything else I can do? Thank you for your help!
