Thank you for your response but actually it is not helped me understand any further. The info provided by PayPal implies that either all or non of a sellers transactions will be protected if they are following the rules but it does not explain why some maybe protected and others won't be for the same seller. Is it to do with if the buyer has a PayPal account? Is it if they checkout as a guest? Is it the amount they spend? It can't be the products in relation to my sales because they are all the same type of product. I feel very perplexed. I had two sales yesterday. One protected and one not. Both sold to people within my own country. Both tracked through the post. Makes zero sense.
