In my bank account (which is active), I selected Forex, then PayPal Services, then Menu, then Withdraw from PayPal, then I selected the Account Number ... also the amount (in USD), I selected the reason for the deposit to my account (i.e. 401 gift), then I requested a Quote (indicates the amount converted to my currency), I then clicked the three boxes at the bottom of the next page (indicates that I have read all the terms and conditions) ... but every time I then click what should be the final stage of the transfer, it briefly flashes the words "ADD A CARD", followed by "LOG OUT" ... and then a message is displayed "SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG. PLEASE TRY AGAIN". And that's it. I have no way to know what has gone wrong? No help from PayPal because of Covid.
