Hey guys!
I've been trying to verify myself but everytime I get to the 'Third-Party Agent Information' and try to input my lawyer's information under 'Third-Party Business' - it leads me to a pop-up error box that says:
"We're sorry, something went wrong
We’re experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later."
Then it refreshes and leads me back to my dashboard. Because of this, I'm unable to complete my identity verification, and all of my transactions have been frozen. Anyone ever experience this?
