I have same only mine is a company in Australia as I am. They cancelled the order when they found they couldn't supply the item. They informed me via email of what had happened and, as yet, I still haven't seen their refund. I've contacted them twice and the second time they answered me, with proof of their refund to me. Problem is, it hasn't shown up on either my credit card or paypal balance. What do I do and where or how do I check please?
