Before i opened a PP account I checked out as a guest I now want to return item as it is damaged. My problem is there is no transaction history for this item in PP and PP just keep sending me automated responses saying do this and that but what they are telling me never brings up any history of the transaction.
The seller will not reply to my emails from his site so hoping PP can help with it but automated responses are not helping me out I'm just going around in circles.
Any guidance appreciate.
