Hello, I tried to transfer some money to my paypal account yesterday, but was told I needed to provide a photo ID and other documents for security issues. I did so (this took several long phone calls to paypal) and received an email this morning that my account was fixed. However, when I tried to transfer money this morning, it still did not work. I called paypal and a rep told me that she fixed my account. However, I just tried to transfer some more money and it still did not work. I called paypal again and there is an hour to an hour and a half wait!! Are they kidding?? Does anyone have any advice? Thanks. Joan
