Help. I'm currently being looped back to the same Securely logging you in... Page. It's absolutely frustrating. Any solutions.? I do NOT want to spend an hour on the phone for them to tell me my account is restricted and are unable to even tell me why. So please community, help me out!!! honestly don't understand. I've been on the phone with PayPal numerous times. They just don't let me use my account to its full potential, unable to pay online in some cases, unable to use Samsung or Google pay when I leave my wallet at home. It's a pain.
