I logged in today to find that my account was "limited". Previously I verified my account, and its been active for 2 years (we do 6 digits a year in revenue). By law the verification happened in 2018 when we exceed 200 transactions AND we have a working capital loan which also required the paperwork. The prompt says: "Your account is limited. Because the deadline to provide beneficial owner information has passed, your account is currently limited, and you can't receive payments. To lift the limitation, please provide the information today." I select the "learn more" and it shows all my information correctly. I go to enter my name again to verify the manager and owner as myself and it will not activate the button at the bottom. I try to edit the information and it tells me that there is already 100% owner and you can not add an new one. I try to change the default of myself and it gives me an error that there is already an owner. I go to the resolution center, no request for me. I search and find my old submission link for 2018 account paper submission to check on my account status ... and there the current status for my account has a message is " Thank you for providing all the required information. You’re all set, and your account is back to normal." So I call customer service and get a message that you are not taking calls ... really? this is the survival of small business. So I go to 'send a chat message" and get the following auto reply Our agent will respond to your message within an hour. Our agent will respond to your message within an hour. Our agent will respond to your message within an hour. ... it's been 5 hours and 4 minutes now. Very frustrated that I can not get support nor has anyone answered chat message in 5 hours. Have reached out to VP on Linkedin asking for help. Am at a loss as what I can do. I can not go the weekend without access to funds or acceptance of funds! please someone from PayPal please advise. G
