First step Set up your REST app with the following scope: https://uri.paypal.com/services/disputes/create = DISPUTE_CREATE What scope? The app settings mentions nothing about scope. Is this just setting what the webhook should monitor? 2. I don't get why it's even necessary for the second step considering this is in sandbox but fine ... what do I need to do for a redirect url? Does this mean I have to actually be running a web server just to "get permission" from a sandbox account to create a dispute?

I'm using this from the api docs using the right Auth token... https://api.sandbox.paypal.com/v1/payments/payouts/FYXMPQTX4JC9N The response I get is... "name": "INVALID_RESOURCE_ID", "message": "The requested resource ID was not found", How are we test responses if the sample ids don't actually work?

Hi. I'm not clear why this is happening but I can see in Sandbox API history that... I'm hitting the right account If I try https://api.sandbox.paypal.com/v1/payments/sale/{id} - this works If I try https://api.sandbox.paypal.com/v1/customer/disputes?disputed_transaction_id={id} - I get an authorization error. I'm not clear why the same credentials works for 2 but not for 3
