I do not have a new PayPal account. I have a very old one. I have been receiving payments for work from one source for two years. Now all of a sudden my funds are on hold. PayPal will only process her payments as e checks. It doesn't take a week for a check to clear and PayPal knows it. So she is forced to send an e-check, PayPal says I'll have my money in 3-5 days, it clears her account the next day, and PayPal holds onto **my money** for five more days! How is this even legal? That's my money. What do I need to do to resolve this? I am trying to get my employer to use a better service than PayPal.
