Hi, I'm so frustrated. Money was withdrawn to an account that's not my own over a month ago. I asked for a trace to be put on it and was told it would take 30 days. Its now been 27 days and lots of false promises of emails, return calls from managers in excalation teams. I spent 55 minutes on hold earlier today waiting to speak to a manager. I was promised a manager would call me today....no call. I called back at 19.40 and spoke to a manager who asked me to.hold while he checked out what was happening. I waited 51 minutes on hold. Then an agent answered, told me the managers were all gone and I was asked the same questions I've been asked a hundred times over the last month. The agent went away to try to find the manager, then an automated message to say the offices were closed and I was cut off!!! What can I do???
