Hello, I'm unable to link my new BMO account (I'm switching banks). When going through the process, the credentials I've provided are verified and correct, but at the last step I get an error message saying it's failed. When calling support, they've said that on their end they see an error message stating: "Risk", but are unable to be more specific. I just reach a 3rd party, outsourced support company in another country; I don't know if they don't have the requisite tools to dig deeper or what it is. "I'm sorry, there is no solution" isn't really an acceptable answer as I do work online and would like to be able to transfer fund from Paypal to this new account as I did with the old one. Is there any way to reach another tier of support, where the folks are more technical? Has anyone else overcome this issue? If so, what steps did you take? Thanks in advance, Rob
