I made a payment of an item on the 24 of March 2019 but later found out the sales is a fraud and won’t be sending me my item. I therefore filled a dispute regarding this issue but Paypal claims they sent me a message for me to escalate the issue to avoid it from canceling. I never received any email of that sort. Since I didn’t ‘escalate’ the dispute disappeared and there is no way of them refunding me my money back because they assume the issue has been settled. Which isn’t correct. The sealer is a fraud and therefore I have to get a refund. Moreover I never received an email about the escalation. The Paypal caller concluded that they will send a message to the sealer to refund my money since they don’t have hold of the money anymore plus, that’s the only help they can provide. I didn’t receive that email either. I doubt the person will reply since he is a fraud.
My question is do you please, have an idea how I can get my money back? I need it to pay bills.
