I always believed that using PayPal as a method of payment is the more secure and convenient way for buyer protection, but sadly not anymore! Ever noticed that you are not talking to human anymore! it's like Paypal switched their support services to competition and limit it with SLA in order to claim some false KPI's but not the customer satisfaction!!! I have been writing to them over and over and every time I get no related answers to a simple common sense claim. it's like an endless saga of agony and frustration Does anyone know how to actually file a complaint on Paypal customer service?
