If a customer opens an Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described claim for an intangible or a service, we’ll need evidence that the buyer received the goods or service, or benefited from the transaction, and that it was as you described it to be. Supply appropriate documentation. Provide as much relevant evidence as you can to support your response to claims. The more the better. For example, for sales of digital downloads you might provide proof that you sent the buyer a link and that the buyer accessed the download including dates and times. Also I "won" 2 disputes because of the same kind of product as it fell under the seller protection program. Those 2 were less than a month ago. I called PayPal and getting Indians on the phone where 1 rejected as it was "quite a high amount and she couldn't afford to loose this case". Another one appealed the case for me, but get a templated email back that it doesn't fall under seller protection. I feel PayPal is extremely dangerous to do business with and you can't rely on their user agreement. We are discussing to disable PayPal payments and only accept cards.
