Hi guys! I have filed a dispute case to someone who scammed me. But for me to get a full refund, paypal is asking me to sendback the product to the owner and have notified using a tracking number. The thing is what I purchased is an e-product, an online game account + Email. Also, in the resolution center, whenever I’m clicking the respond button, there’s no space for me to write an actual response. I hope someone could help me. Thanks!
