Hopefully someone can advise me here. A seller agreed to refund me for goods that weren't authentic. He initiated the refund on 5 April. But on 12 April the refund was declined. I am trying to get to the bottom of this but the seller isn't playing ball. As far as he's concerned he has refunded me the money despite it not being received in to my PayPal account. I seem to be unable to open a case as 'the money has been refunded to me' according to the PayPal transaction update. But my account clearly shows the refund amount in green but truck through with a refund cancelled on 12 April note. I'm going around in circles here. Can anyone advise me on how I can open a case against the seller please? The goods were counterfeit so clearly I do have a case. Many thanks.
