The problem is that when the wrong item is received, it comes in a package with no invoice or tracking details - I ordered two garden chairs but received two small bags. There was no evidence that they were from Zhixin at all and I disposed of them. I subsequently complained to Paypal about non-receipt of the chairs and was then told that there was tracking for the item that had been delivered to me (ie the bags, not the chairs I ordered). Zhixin are scammers who send out a small, worthless item in order to prove tracking. I was then told that I had to return the bags in order to obtain a refund. Why should I return a worthless item that came in an unmarked envelope - no proof it was from them - to China and at my own expense? It's time that Paypal dealt with this issue.
