Yes, the case was opened, and paypal favour me as I return the item and get refund for it. It has tracking number of course, I returned to the given address but it is stuck there as they can not handover the package without phone number.. Anyway I can't do nothning else but wait 😕

I had to send back an item to seller for refund. But seller refused to give me any contact details like phone number or e-mail.. but I had only 5 days left to return so I sent back it with fake contact details. Now the package is stuck in Singapore in a transit. Of courese seller doesn't want collect it because then he need to give refund. I think is just not legal what he's doing. 😞 What is the way to solve this situation?? 😞

What is the right of the seller if buyer send back a faulty item and the seller won the case? Can the seller keep the item and also money? I lost a lots of money because bought a faulty motherboard, which I sent back, and now the case closed in the seller favor, and even he can keep the item? I can not believe this is legal!
