We are a UK dementia charity and are currently building a dementia-friendly online music store to enable people with dementia and their carers to buy music tracks simply and legally. We have built a full prototype of the music store using both Paypal and Stripe to allow users to pay for for music. However, the licencing terms we have agreed with rights holders means that we are only allowed to sell music to UK residents. Is there a way of blocking transactions from non-UK users? I can't see anything specific about this in the API reference or support pages. I am aware that we can set our profile to refuse transactions in currencies that our Paypal account does not hold but I don't think that is the same thing. Thank you!
