You should not sue them about the 180 days policy, but you can sue them about the impact they did on your business. Compensation may be more than $1mil if you can prove your business damaged. Thank you for the link. As mentioned in the link: " If you've submitted the information we requested in the Resolution Center you should receive a reply email from us within 3 business days" I submitted in Resolution Center but did not receive any reply email within 3 business day. So sad.

Paypal sent me an email about limiting my account and asked me providing documentation a week ago.
I provided the documentation (insurance contract) which has my current address on Paypal.
Now, after nearly a week, I did not get any review and the account still limited.
Can I ask how long my account will be review in average?
