I recently did a txn on Yatra.com on 5th Apr 2019 with promocode 'Pay19' and the resultant CB of INR 500/- hasn't arrived as Paypal credit to my account so far. When I tried to lodge a grievance their portal puts into such an endless loop of FAQ that I felt disgusted and had quit. Why can't they keep it simple silly ??? Just give a link to send an email and same can be replied by them ?? Perhaps, the basic idea is to discourage user from looking for resolution and accept the **bleep** ?!?!? Well, they have many customers and customers have plenty of Payment gateways/wallets.......
