I tell you, if it is Paypal's goal to drive me CRAZY, they have succeeded! Now I know why I barely use it and would not recommend it. Logging into my account, it keeps telling me to enter my "mobile device" number for a code. Believe it or not, not everyone owns a cell phone, including me! I would NEVER get one. How do I bypass this? I am trying to view my activity, which I did for the last month, but when I go to transactions, it tells me "Page not found". Well, those 3 transactions should at least show, no? The reason I am trying to view this is my account is telling me that I OWE them $16.83, which is **bleep**. When I setup the account, I deposited $20. I made one transaction for $3.17. So they owe ME that $16.83. They have this "Chat" under the "Help" section which is completely useless. I was able to send a message and got notification that there is a response, but again, when I click on the message, it will not open, again, looking for that bloody mobile number. How can I view the response with no mobile phone number? This is just their way of gathering contact information and selling it, which I would NEVER consent to. There is some phone number in there, but with the asterisks, I have no idea what it is? I have never had a cell phone and never will. You can tell here, I have a very low tolerance for stupid **bleep**.
