"We’re changing how we treat refunds. If you refund (partially or fully) a transaction to a buyer or a donation to a donor, there are no fees to make the refund, but the fees you originally paid as the seller will not be returned to you." Did anybody think this through? I suspect this will be abused heavily by competeting stores. If I sell jewelry online, I'll just buy 5 $10,000 watches from a competeting store and return them for a refund. Meanwhile, the seller has just lost $1500 in PayPal fees and whatever it costs to return them. This decision needs to be immediately reversed before it comes into effect. You will kill your platform. You can't expect a seller to pay you a transaction fee on a trasnaction that they have already likely lost money on. This is such an obvious money grab on the part of a company whose stock has just reached an all time high valuation on the NASDAQ. You are kicking people while they're down and it's disgusting.
