So I bought some stuff from a local seller back in November and some problems might have happened to the seller that made him delay the delivery, I got suspicious and I opened a dispute on that transaction so I can get my money back, the seller contacted me like 2 days after I opened the case and escalated it to PayPal because he wasn't responding at all anyways after all that I got my things that I ordered, I sent a message to PayPal saying that it is resolved between me and the seller and there was no respond the case was under PayPal's review, yesterday I got an email from PayPal saying that the case got closed on my favor, the seller contacted me about that and I couldn't send the money back because I no longer use my PayPal account and my vcc got expired. Is there any chance that PayPal could return the money to the seller or any other possible solution to this problem? Help would be really appreciated!
