My Business account seems to be exhibiting the following behaviour; 1. receive an error when trying to update the "not provided" fields for company information or Personal profile, 2. there is a persistent red notification, which referes to the confirmation of a user with money moving priveliges on the account before access can be given. 3. My website Paypal (standard payments) gateway transactions return an error indicating that "transaction cannot be processed at his time". I have contacted phone 4 times and sent in an appointment of primary user authority form, along with 40 minutes of account review compliance details and received a (no reply to) email stating that the account has been restored. I have lodged a case #05956485 on 01April2019, but to date no response. Unfortunately the problems remain unresolved. Can anyone guide me on what actions I shpould be taking to work towards resolving this situation. Regards. Michael.
