I had an issue trying to add my bank account to my PayPal account last week and trying to mess with it forcibly un-linked the two accounts. Now every time I try to add my bank account, I get the error message "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I went into my bank and got a debit card today, which I was able to link to my PayPal account with no issues. However, I'm still unable to accept payment over PayPal without linking my bank account. I understand I'm probably getting the error as a security thing, and I'll likely have to talk to a PayPal staff member to get this sorted out. Does anyone have a solution to this, or can they direct me to someplace I can talk to a PayPal staff member directly to resolve this? I do not have Facebook or Twitter, I would like to speak directly to a person either over the PayPal website or via email.
