My PP Credit hasn’t been working for weeks now. It began when they needed ID confirmation for a a cpl purchases I had made but I provided such documentation and each time I’ve reached out to customer service I’m told that there is no hold on the account nor is it closed. They tell me that the system “makes decisions” as far as spending patterns and whether to allow people to use the credit. I’ve made my payments on time, always in full and confirmed my identity multiple times. I ask for help overriding it and I’m told they can’t do anything and I should try again in a couple of weeks. Is this a joke? A company this large and they treat their customers like this? I’m awfully surprised. Anyone know how to resolve this?
