I have been sent money as payment for a digital product and just completed it. However, it seems (as of right now at the moment) I cannot confirm the order status nor edit the tracking info.
Editing the tracking info gives me a "Fatal Failure" and trying to confirm the order status as complete gives me a "We're experiencing technical difficulties."
I just want to make sure the server isn't down right now or my account is too young (made about a week and a half-ish ago) before I attempt to contact customer support.
