Okay, agree to disagree, but if the seller ships damaged or defective goods or not as described goods the buyer only has to attempt to resolve with the seller once to satisfy the requirements of these dispute reasons. Again, paypal may have their policy that says returns are always on the buyers dime, but the bank has different policies that protect the buyer from this. I see merchants from china offer minimal refunds because they know they are ultimately responsible for shipping the right merchandise. Again, the buyer is not obligated to pay to return to china or wherever if the dispute has to do with damaged defective or not as described product. Bearing in mind that the purchase made involves a visa or Mastercard funded purchase.
