My client paid me using PP (big mistake) even though I told her a bank transfer would probably go a lot smoother, she wanted to hurry, pay and get it over with so I went along with the face that she wanted to use PP. Anyhow she paid for her wholesale order and then PayPal sent me an email requesting all this information including shipping confirmation. How the hell am I supposed to give them a shipping confirmation if they're holding on to the funds needed to order the appropriate amount of product from my supplier? I have 3 PP accounts and think I'll be closing all of them including the personal account, I've used PayPal for 10+ years now and just couldn't understand why other websites do not, well now I know. I called in today and was on hold for 2+ hours and when I did speak with someone it seemed that they didn't know how to solve the problem. The customer service was very bad and the service wasn't too great either.
To make matters worse, a few years ago someone took my PayPal business debit card number and went to Walmart spent $500, then to the gas station and spent another $100 and PP didn't think to stop them to find out if it's fraud, but the other day when I went to use it legitimately for only $200 they declined the charge :(. I'm very tired of having to beg for my own money and getting very tired of PayPal and their antics.
