Hi Everyone, I am currently a business account user from Indonesia. One morning, I suddenly received an email stating that "Your PayPal account has been further limited" because they require documentation on my business address; to which I already provided before. The documents that I provided were government issued documents that stated my company name and the business address. The document was even a tax registration of our business (NPWP we call it in Indonesia), to which I believe is one of the most legal and legitimate documents I know of. I tried contacting them through Paypal Message Centre, Facebook Messages, Instagram DMs, and their customer service email but still yet to receive a response. Please kindly advise me in what I can do to resolve this issue, I am desperate for a solution as I cannot receive payments from international customers (which I critically need during this devastating pandemic) and I can't withdraw money from this account.
