I sent an invoice to a company I recently worked with but they've said they are having problems paying. They asked if my PayPal was verified (it wasn't) so I thought that was the problem but after adding my phone number and verifying it the problem persists. The message they received when trying to pay was "Sorry, we aren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again." Is the problem on my end or theirs?
