It would be nice if someone from paypal can actually explain to all us loyal customers why we are being declined, we pay a huge premium to use paypal yet the customer support is USELESS. Give us some human information please....

I only stuck with Paypal through ebay because of the chance to occasionally have a ppal working capitol loan as it was easy to arrive and quick to pay off however it seems that ship has sailed. I have been declined for over 6 months now with codes that started at 645 and now 644 but no explaination, i have great sales every month since- why paypal do not give a reason i do not understand because its misleading hope and time wasting and most days i try to re apply. If they really are no longer supporting ebay sellers which is what i have heard the reason for rejecting working capitol then why am i still using paypal? the benfits are no longer viable.

It would be nice if paypal would just remove the option to apply if they are not doing loans at the moment instead of giving us small companies false hope and wasting our time applying every day its misleading, especially giving us an error code to make it look like its something we have done wrong. If they cannot afford to run the working capitol system then why pretend? Paypal anyone there?

Just to let everyone know i am a year in and have put 19k through this so called Business paypal account and all incoming sales and outgoing transfers are still being held, sometimes days beyond when the tracking shows as delivered. Customer service are like speaking to robots and just read back text- ' higher than usual sales, different items to usual, blah blah none of this applys. My advice is use another platform to support your online sales, paypal have ruined our business growth and created many delays and problems with what should have been quick easy transactions. The excuses Paypal give for holding funds are completely irrelevent and opposing to the structure and requirements for seller business account.

I have had this problem for over six months now and all paypal tell me is its a good industry standard business model.. so good Paypal that our business never managed to take off because of these holds. The 'released when delivered' is total lies, the amount of times i have had to spend an hour at a time on the phone to paypal or ebay is beyond a joke now. The so called business model that also holds postage on 20 items so i have to spend £350 of my own wages to cover and hope that paypal release the funds in time to pay our business rent. The business model that refunds buyers who scammed us and filled in their own courier collection slip even though i pre warned paypal and ebay several times what was happening.. Its an awful system just designed to only profit paypal who dont give two ***** about its customers and will do anything to hold money in its accounts for interest. Our account has now been frozen for...guess what? sending money to someone who had an overdrawn account unknown to me, bye Paypal your an absolute joke, fully plastering this all over social media for the 50th time in the hope that more ppl see through your lies.

Thank you for your replay however its nothing to do with ebay, we passed the ebay holds months ago and then it just switched to paypal holding all incoming funds. I have bought this up with ebay and they say it should no longer be happening and confirmed it was paypal, i have tried speaking, emailing, contacting customer service at Paypal and no one can tell me why, what a terrible service

Not sure what part of 'We are not even a new account anymore' you dont understand in my first post, please wait while i bow to your typical paypal generic useless response. Can you not understand we are sick of this now? to the point i am having to write on forums and facebook - i appreciate your copy and paste article however i have read them all and all paypal do is make things worse for small companies, none of these holds should apply to us.
